Dallas, Texas-based Little Pine Resources is actively leasing Marcellus shale acreage in central and northeastern Pennsylvania.

A December, 2008 report indicated the company was leasing in Clearfield County, PA, and it has opened an office there.

Z. Hunter Hill is Little Pine's CFO.
