Parkersburg, West Virginia-based GasSearch Drilling Services Corporation is a wholly-owned natural gas drilling subsidiary of GasSearch, an oil & gas exploration and production company active in West Virginia since 1988. The parent company, GasSearch, was acquired by Energy Services Acquisition Corporation for $23.5 million in stock and cash in January, 2008.
