Dominion Transmission Inc. has proposed the Keystone Pipeline to transport Pennsylvania and West Virginia natural gas to the Northeast.

Dominion was reported in September, 2008 as owning a two thirds working interest in approximately 600,000 to 800,000 acres of Marcellus shale. The remaining third has been assigned to Antero Resources.
