The Big Sandy line is a pipeline that transports natural gas from EQT Corporation's Langley processing plant in eastern Kentucky's Floyd County to the Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company's Broad Run Lateral 60 miles away in Carter County. It traverses the eastern Kentucky counties of Floyd, Johnson, Lawrence and Carter. It was officially opened in April, 2009. The pipeline was built by Energy Services Corporation of America's T. S. Pipeline division.
