Warrendale, Pennsylvania-based Phillips Resources, Inc. (aka Phillips Exploration and Phillips Production Cos.) is an oil and gas exploration and production company with a long history of association in the western portion of the state. It is believed to be either parent company or else closely affiliated with PC Exploration since both companies share the same address and phone number.
