Huntington, West Virginia-based Energy Services of America (AMEX: ESA) (aka Energy Services Acquisition Corporation) was formed in 2006 for the purpose of merging S. T. Pipelines and C. J. Hughes. The merger closed in 2008. It is an energy infrastructure and pipeline construction company active in Kentucky and West Virginia.

Energy Services acquired GasSearch Drilling Services Corporation in January, 2008 for $23.5 million is stock and cash.
