Pinnacle Technologies is a provider of microseismic fracture and tiltmeter mapping services.

Pinnacle has a record of monitoring in excess of 12,000 hydraulic fracture treatments since 1992. Its background in fracture mapping is being used by drilling companies to provide better information to improve productivity in complex reservoirs such as the various shale plays across North America, including the Bakken, Barnett, Caney, Fayetteville, Marcellus, Muskwa and Woodford.

As of August 2008, Pinnacle became a subsidiary of Halliburton operates as business unit of its Halliburton Wireline and Perforating Services division.
