Houston, Texas-based Targa Resources Inc. (NASDAQ GS: NGLS) is a provider of midstream natural gas services and natural gas liquids (NGL). According to a May, 2009 report it has been attempting to gain a foothold through joint venture or other means in the Marcellus shale formation.
