Indiana, Pennsylvania-based Interstate Gas Marketing Inc is a gas exploration, production and marketing company that operates almost 700 gas wells in Western Pennsylvania.

According to a September, 2009 report it had begun drilling a Marcellus shale well on March 17, 2009 in the southwest portion of Toby Township in Clarion County, PA. It had also been issued a permit for another Clarion Co. Marcellus well north of Lawsonham on Wildcat Run in Madison Township.
