Ravenswood, West Virginia-based Honor Resources Co provides land services to the oil and gas industry.

According to a September, 2009 report, Honor had leased land for Chesapeake Energy that is prospective for Marcellus shale in the vicinity of Coal Lick Road approximately two miles northeast of the town of Albright in Preston County, WV.
