The University Park, Pennsylvania-based Marcellus Center for Outreach and Research (MCOR) at Penn State was established to study the social, environmental and economic impacts of the Marcellus shale industry.

  • Thomas Murphy and Michael Arthur are Co-Directors of the Center.
