The University Park, Pennsylvania-based Penn State Cooperative Extension - Natural Gas Impacts web site represents the more than 40 county-based educators from Penn State's Cooperative Extension service who participate along with Penn State faculty in educating Pennsylvania residents about Marcellus shale development.
