Here is where some info about the PennEnvironment

Philadelphia, PA-based PennEnvironment is a grassroots research orgainzation out to protect Pennsylvania's air, water and open spaces. The group has been looking into water quality issues relating to Marcellus shale drilling.

David Masur is the Director of PennEnvironment.
