Valley View, Texas-based PUMPCO Energy Services, Inc is a provider of oil and gas cementing and fracture stimulation services. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Complete Production Services, Inc. (NYSE: CPX).

A news item appeared in May, 2010 regarding PUMPCO's plan to develop a 31.5 acre property in Westmoreland County's Interstate 70 Industrial Park located in South Huntingdon Township. The plan included two buildings:
