The Keystone Pipeline is a 280 mile proposed pipeline by Dominion Transmission Inc. that will begin in Greene County and end in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The preliminary schedule calls for a starting date in the spring of 2011.

It will be a 36-inch-diameter pipe.

The pipeline's east end will tie into a transmission lines feeding the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. It will ship Marcellus shale formation gas to northeastern population centers.
