The Keystone Pipeline is a 280 mile proposed pipeline that will begin in Greene County and end in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The preliminary schedule calls for a starting date in the spring of 2011.

It will have a 36-inch-diameter pipe.

The pipeline will ship Marcellus shale formation gas to northeastern population centers. Dominion controls owns drilling rights to about 600,000 to 800,000 acres of prospective shale. Dominion has assigned about one-third of these rights to Antero Resources.
