New York-based Delphi Midstream Partners, LLC (DMP) is an investment company that buys midstream energy companies and assets. In October, 2009 press release it was announcd that DMP had purchased a gas gathering and compression facility in the Barnett shale belonging to Carrizo Oil and Gas. At the same time, Delphi acquired the right to invest up to $100 million in midstream infrastructure and assets as part of Carrizo's Marcellus shale development plan in northeastern Pennsylvania.
