The Pennsylvania Oil & Gas Association (POGAM) represents the Pennsylvania oil and gas industry. It is headquartered in Harrisburg, PA. Stephen W. Rhoads is its Executive Director.

According to a news account that appeared in March, 2010, due to all of the attention being received by the Marcellus shale from the industry, POGAM had decided to merge with the Independent Oil and Gas Association of Pennsylvania.
