Addison, Texas-based Ashton Energy Group is an oil and gas service and equipment company organized in 2006. In July, 2009 a press release appeared noting that the company planned to open a 7,000 square foot office and operations facility in Indiana, Pennsylvania. It is to be located on a 5 acre site on Hood St. and used for rigs and other equipment employed in Marcellus shale drilling.

  • Steven J. Manderfeld is the Executive Vice President.
  • David D. Lawrence is the company's COO.
