Here is where some info about the NGP Midstream & Resources LP
should go.  This article is still a stub and needs your

In January, 2009 it was reported that NGP Midstream & Resources LP (M&R) was investing $200 million of start-up capital in a joint venture with Mark West Energy for processing Marcellus shale gas. M&R will own 40% of the venture and Marke West will have 60%. MarkWest will also invest in the venture through contribution of assets and funds. The combined entity is known as MarkWest Liberty Midstream & Resources.

John T. Raymond is the company's Managing Partner and CEO.
