Denver, Colorado-based Rimrock Energy LLC is partnering with Mid-East Gas to explore the Marcellus shale formation in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. It is a relatively new firm founded in the summer of 2007.

Steve Fontenot is Vice President of Operations for Rimrock.
