Lexington, Kentucky-based Keeton Group LLC has drilling rights on 18,000 acres in Lycoming and Sullivan Counties in northern Pennsylvania. It was reported in October, 2008 that litigation had been filed regarding some of these leases. The matter is pending in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania (Williamsport).
