The Lower Delaware River Wild and Scenic Management Committee is a committee of government officials from Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This group has required testing of streams, creeks and aquafiers in order to establish a baseline against which water quality can be tested in the future to measure water pollution coming from gas drilling operations and hydro-fracturing.
