Suttons Bay, Michigan-based Evans Geophysical has acted to pool together the resources of an undisclosed group of energy companies for seismic surveys in several Pennsylvania counties. Dawson Geophysical has been employed to actually carry out the surveys. According to a January, 2009 report, once such survey has been taking place along 80 miles of roadway in Wayne County.
