Dallas, Texas-based Mesa Energy Holdings, Inc (OTCBB: MSEH.OB) is an oil and gas exploration and production company with an emphasis on western New York State. It owns the Java Field in Wyoming County, NY. This field consists of 3,235 acres held by production from 19 existing gas wells. The company planned to test the Marcellus shale during the first quarter of 2010 and then follow up with commercialization later in the year.
