When water samples are analyzed from well water or other sources, signs it is tainted with fracing fluid chemicals may include unusual readings on:
- alkalinity
- aluminum
- barium
- calcium
- iron
- hardness
- manganese
- pH
- potassium
- specific conductivity
- sodium
- total dissolved solids.
