Warren, Pennsylvana-based Pennsylvania General Energy Corp. (aka PGE) is a privately owned, independent oil and gas exploration and production company. It owns drilling rights to 272,000 acres of land prospective for Marcellus shale in Elk, Forest, McKean and Potter counties in Pennsylvania. It completed drilling its first horizontal Marcellus well in Potter County, Pennsylvania in July, 2008.
Douglas E. Kuntz is PGE's President and CEO.
