Williamsport, PA-based Pennsylvania College of Technology, an affiliate of The Pennsylvania State University, headquartered at University Park, PA, is home of the Marcellus Shale Education & Training Center (MSETC).
The Center is strategically located in the heart of the Marcellus shale fairway.
The Center's mission of is to help meet Pennsylvania's workforce development and community education needs as related to natural gas extraction from the Marcellus shale formation.
