Clarion, Pennsylvania-based Kriebel Resources Co (aka Kriebel Group) is a family-owned natural gas exploration and production company with operations primarily in western Pennsylvania.

As of August, 2010 the company is not believed to be drilling in the Marcellus shale, but primarily drills shallow wells. At the time, it held 135 leases to drill in Allegheny County covering 2,997 acres.
