Houston, Texas-based Williams Transco aka Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation is a subsidiary of Williams Gas Pipeline which itself is a unit of The Williams Companies.

According to a February, 2009 report the company is looping a 7 mile long 42 inch replacement pipe through five townships in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
