Somerset, Pennsylvania-based Allegheny Ozone Inc. is an environmental cleanup company that has an on-site process for treating waste water from Marcellus shale drilling.
The company has been working for two years with Kerfoot Technologies of Mashpee, Mass. to develop their water treatment system.
It is also working on methodology to drain and treat water from abandoned coal mines and reuse it in hydro-fracturing gas wells.
