Complete Production Services Inc. (CPX) is an oilfield services provider. It was reported in October, 2008 that it purchased the assets and real estate of Appalachian Well Services Inc., a pressure pumping and E-line services provider for Marcellus shale wells. At the same time it also bought TSWS Inc., a well servicing and heavy haul provider.
Joe Winkler is Complete's Chairman and CEO.
