The University Park, Pennsylvania-based Marcellus Center for Outreach and Research (MCOR) at Penn State was established to study the social, environmental and economic impacts of the Marcellus shale industry. It also has an outreach mission to help educate the public about issues relevant to the natural gas industry.

  • Thomas Murphy and Michael Arthur are Co-Directors of the Center.
