Alice, Texas-based Forbes Energy Services (TSX: FRB) is an oilfield service company that provides well completion and maintenance services. It also provides for the storage and disposal of flowback water.

In June, 2010, Forbes was identified as being involved in the completion of an EOG Resources' well located on the land of the Punxsutawney Hunting Club in Clearfield County, PA. This well had blownout, and the company temporarily suspended activities until PDEP had completed its investigation.
