Houston, Texas-based Crestwood Marcellus Midstream LLC is a joint venture between Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: CMLP) and Crestwood Holdings Partners LLC formed a couple of months after the acquisition of Antero Resources Appalachian Corporation's Marcellus Shale gathering system assets. The assets were acquired in January, 2012 and the joint venture was established in March, 2012.
